Creativity means a lot of different things to a lot of people. Carolyn Lynn Schwartz, of Goldthwaite, Texas, certainly brings an enlarged meaning to the word. As a musician, singer, songwriter, performer, and recording artist of Gospel Music, Published poet and author, and host of Energize Live Alive, a live weekly radio broadcast many fulfilling experiences have come her way. She has participated in worship services, annual conferences, pastoral retreats, and civic events across the state of Texas. Air Leaf Publishing has been marketing her book, Reflections and Pathways through on site book signings in Hastings Stores and live Radio and Television interviews along the East Coast. Her book is an uplifting, thought provoking call to self-reflection and inner growth. Other writing through invitation of her Publisher, Xulon Press, is available in the Books, “Hope after the Storm”, and “Praise Reports”. Carolyn is quick to say, “I believe with the presence and life of Christ living on the ‘inside of us’ we are to let His light shine through us to those around us. This is the focus of my music, my writing, and my radio broadcast. With Heart Hugs the theme of Carolyn’s radio show, she and her co-host, Joy Solomon invite listeners to share affirmations, thank you’s, words of appreciation, and stories of uplift and inspiration. Words are powerful! Shared affirmation and appreciation unlocks the fullness of life, turning what we have into enough, and even more. The expressed gift of gratitude turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity, problems into gifts, failures into successes, challenges into stepping stones, and the unexpected into perfect timing. Gratitude brings clarity to our past, peace for today, and creates a hope-filled vision for tomorrow, shares Carolyn. She continues, I believe we can impact our world one story at a time! Joy Solomon A native Texan, Joy is a Christian mother, teacher, musician, singer, and world traveler.
